START WITH AN INSPECTION

Less time catching up. More time enjoying your home.

Regular house cleaning helps keep routine upkeep from piling up, so your home feels more comfortable, more manageable, and easier to enjoy between visits.

Comfortable pet-friendly family room representing a clean, lived-in home

A little help keeping up

Take routine kitchen, bathroom, dusting, floor, and living-area cleaning off your regular to-do list.

Stay ahead instead of starting over

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly service can help keep routine cleaning from turning into a much bigger project.

Cleaning built around your home

We look at the home with you first, learn what matters most, and agree on the scope before the first cleaning.

Keep the home maintained—not constantly catching up.

Regular house cleaning is designed for homes that are ready for recurring maintenance. After the initial inspection, we agree on the normal scope, service frequency, and flat-rate package price.

Weekly

A strong fit for busy households, homes with pets, or anyone who wants less buildup between visits.

Biweekly

A practical middle ground for many households that want dependable help every two weeks.

Monthly

A good option for lighter-use homes that need periodic help staying on top of routine cleaning.

Choose the level of help that fits your home.

Each package builds on the one before it. Starting prices apply to lighter-use homes and are confirmed after an in-home inspection.

Essential Home Clean

  • Routine bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and floors cleaned
  • Accessible surfaces dusted or wiped
  • Vacuuming and mopping
  • Light cleaning and straightening in bedrooms and living areas
  • Trash removal

Comfort Home Clean

More help with the everyday details
Includes Essential Home Clean plus all four everyday extras.

  • Everything in Essential Home Clean, plus:
  • Make beds
  • Change sheets
  • A small amount of dishes
  • Light pickup and tidying
  • Everything in Comfort Home Clean, plus rotating detail care that can include:
  • Inside oven
  • Inside refrigerator
  • Blinds
  • Window tracks

Final package fit and price are confirmed after the in-home inspection. Home size, condition, normal use, frequency, and agreed scope all affect the final flat rate.

When regular maintenance isn’t the right starting point.

Some homes benefit from a more detailed first cleaning before recurring maintenance begins. Deep / Initial Cleaning is custom quoted after the in-home inspection based on the actual condition and agreed scope.

Being a new customer does not automatically mean you need a deep cleaning. If the home is ready for recurring maintenance, we can start with the regular package that fits.

A more detailed clean for a change of address.

Move-in and move-out cleaning is quoted separately after an in-home inspection. We look at the actual home, what is empty or occupied, the condition, and the work you want completed before agreeing on the scope and flat price.

REAL DEEP-CLEANING RESULTS

A kitchen ready to welcome guests.

A recently purchased RV needed a thorough interior cleaning before guests could stay in it. Here is the kitchen and flooring before and after our custom deep-cleaning work.

1. Tell us what you’re looking for

Share the type of help you want, how often you are considering service, and any priorities you already know about.

2. We look at the home together

We review the home’s current condition, how it’s used, the rooms involved, your priorities, special requests, pets, surfaces, and the scope that makes sense.

3. Receive a clear flat-rate plan

We agree on the service, scope, frequency, and price before the first cleaning so both sides know what to expect.

Know the price before regular service begins.

A light-use 2 bed / 2 bath home may start at $100 with Essential Home Clean. Every new client receives an in-home inspection before final pricing. Your flat rate is based on the home’s size, condition, normal use, cleaning frequency, and agreed scope.

A little preparation helps us spend our time cleaning.

Please pick up clothing, toys, and personal items beyond the light tidying included in your package or quote. Secure pets if needed for safe access or to keep them comfortable during cleaning, and tell us about delicate, damaged, or special-care surfaces before work begins.

Just A Note Cleaning normally brings the cleaning products and equipment needed for the agreed service.

Some conditions need to be handled before cleaning can continue.

Active pests, suspected mold, or significant health and safety concerns may require us to stop or postpone work until the condition is addressed. If we run into something that affects safety or the agreed scope, we’ll explain it clearly and discuss the next step with you.

Questions homeowners ask before starting house cleaning service.

What is included in regular house cleaning?

Essential Home Clean covers the regular-maintenance basics: kitchen counters and sink, appliance exteriors and microwave, routine bathroom surfaces and floors, accessible dusting, vacuuming, mopping, light cleaning in bedrooms and common areas, and trash removal. Comfort and Complete add more help. Your exact recurring scope is confirmed during the initial inspection.

How much does house cleaning cost?

Essential Home Clean starts at $100, Comfort Home Clean starts at $150, and Complete Home Clean starts at $200. These are starting prices for appropriate homes. Final flat-rate pricing is confirmed after we inspect the home and agree on the scope and frequency.

Do all new clients need an in-home inspection?

Yes. Every new house cleaning client receives an in-home inspection before the final package, scope, frequency, and flat-rate price are confirmed. It helps us price the actual home rather than guessing from a generic checklist.

Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring house cleaning?

No. Being a new customer does not automatically mean you need Deep / Initial Cleaning. If regular maintenance is already the right starting point, we can begin with the regular house cleaning package that fits.

Do you offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly house cleaning?

Yes. Regular House Cleaning can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on the home and how much help you want. We discuss the best fit during the in-home inspection.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. Just A Note Cleaning normally brings the products and equipment needed for the agreed service. If you want us to use a customer-provided product, we can discuss whether it is appropriate during the inspection.

Do I need to be home while the house is cleaned?

Not necessarily. We can discuss access and what works best for your household during the initial inspection. The important part is that we have safe access to the agreed areas on the service day.

What should I pick up before the cleaner arrives?

For regular service, please pick up clothing, toys, and personal items beyond the light tidying included in your package or quote. That lets us spend the scheduled time on cleaning instead of sorting belongings.

Can you change sheets, wash dishes, or clean inside the oven or refrigerator?

Yes. Comfort Home Clean includes bed making, sheet changes, a small amount of dishes, and light pickup or tidying. Complete Home Clean adds rotating detail care that can include the inside of the oven, inside of the refrigerator, blinds, and window tracks. If you don’t need those extras as part of your regular package, they can also be added to a lower package as a one-time add-on when you need them, with the price and scope agreed in advance.

What should I do with pets during house cleaning?

Please let us know about pets during the inspection. If needed for safe access, to prevent an escape risk, or to keep your pet comfortable during cleaning, we may ask that the pet be secured during service.

Do you offer move-in and move-out house cleaning?

Yes. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a separate custom-quoted service. We inspect the home first and agree on the actual scope and flat price before scheduling the work.

What areas do you serve?

Residential house cleaning is centered on Jackson County, including Medford, Central Point, White City, Eagle Point, Jacksonville, Ashland, Phoenix, Talent, Shady Cove, Gold Hill, Rogue River, and nearby communities.

I have a bleach spot in my carpet. Can you get it out?

A bleach spot usually isn’t a stain that can be cleaned out—it is permanent color loss in the carpet. Just A Note Cleaning can help identify the problem, and our sister company, Just To Dye For, specializes in bleach-spot repair and carpet color restoration. In many cases, the damaged area can be re-dyed instead of replacing the carpet.
